WHO WE ARE
Between us, we've worked in FinTech, nursing, retail, immigration services, lending, and collections, health, customer service and the sports industry. We've managed onshore and offshore teams, rolled out software systems, built processes from scratch. Along the way we have seen good businesses struggle because no one ever stopped to fix the foundations.
We started Simkul Solutions because we wanted a consultancy that actually gets in and does the work. Not one that talks smart and leaves you with a slide deck.

Yes. We're based in Perth but work with businesses across Australia. A considerable amount of our work can be done remotely. For anything that genuinely requires us on-site, we travel to you.

It depends on what you need. Our offshore recruitment package is a $3,500 flat fee. Our Business Starter Setup is $1,800. Consulting engagements are scoped and quoted individually after the discovery call. We don't quote before we understand your needs.
